They were married Devou Park and I for a few minutes, I didn't think the wedding was going to happen...NO! because of the weather duh!  But mother nature was on our side as the big storm just blew right over us(minus a few sprinkles) and despite the humidity, it turned out just beautiful!


Now take it back to October of last year...a bunch of Ryan's friends put together this awesome benefit for our friend Jamie Martin Reed.  She had cancer, but most of all, she was a mother, a wife, a daughter and a friend to many.  I donated a wedding package and Sara's Mom won the silent auction!  


The cancer ultimately took over and she didn't make it.  But watching Daniel and Sara get married, be so in love, and having the ability to be a part of their awesome day makes me feel like I somehow helped Jamie and their family somehow.  


Thank you Daniel and Sara for letting me be a part of your day!

They got married in Florida and they had their FAB reception here in KY...Dance party USA!

All I can say is AH-MAZING !  Can you imagine getting married in Hawaii?  It was magical and romantic, beautiful and serene...I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love

One of the brides I am photographing in May that I just LOVE!  And she sent me this super nice message today...


"you are more than welcome to stay the entire night and party on down with us. I have to include you in my guest list anyhow and you can eat/drink any & all you want. Your husband can come too. If you guys do come to stay, I will NOT expect you to continue taking pictures if you stay. We have a JAMMIN song list for the DJ, it's gona be the best dance party I've ever been to. LOL"

How cool is that???  I can't WAIT to photograph this fun couple!

Say hello to my Hawaiian Bride Jess!  And I'm pretty excited to say that I get to do her hair and makeup that day also(which might cause some issues with the "getting ready" photos but that's what a remote is for right?  Tonight we did her trial run and I think she is going to look FAB!
